1 lb Brussels sprouts
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 375. Chop Brussels sprouts in half and throw onto a sheet pan. Pour coconut oil, honey and salt over them and toss to coat. Arrange (ideally flat side down, but they're fine randomly tossed as well) on sheet pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Season with a little more salt and serve.
